Dear Mr./Miss. I am close to sign a contract to buy a property which has the old oil tank (from 1970) still underground (page 8 of attached OIS pdf). May you please send me a blinding offer to pull out the tank, demolish and have a soil pollution analysis report? How long it will take it and how many days in advance we should book the appointment?
